A pair of three-pointers by Watson cut Idaho's deficit to 39-27, but Nevada scored the final three baskets of the first half and took a 50-31 advantage into the locker room.

Idaho shot only 34 percent (11-of-32) from the field in the first half while Nevada made 67 percent (20-of-30) of its shots in the opening 20 minutes.

The Vandals cut into their deficit as they opened the second half with a 9-2 run to cut Nevada's lead to 52-40.

The Wolf Pack, though, ripped off an 8-1 run to take a 60-43 lead and the Vandals never threatened again.
