Julio Borbon led off the frame with a single and advanced to second base on a Howie Kendrick throwing error. Elvis Andrus singled Borbon to third and moved up to second on the throw home. Young then hit a sacrifice fly and Kinsler followed that up with an RBI double. Guerrero followed with a double of his own to put runners on second and third. Cruz stepped to the plate and knocked in both men with a two-bagger to right-center field. "I let my team fall into a 4-0 deficit and it was tough to climb out of," Kazmir said. Holland's bid for a no-hitter came to an end in the fifth. Juan Rivera hit a one-out infield single and crossed the plate on Napoli's homer to left. Brandon Wood and Reggie Willits followed with back-to-back base hits, but Holland retired the next two batters to limit the damage. LA made it a 4-3 contest in the sixth on Hunter's solo shot to left-center. Darren Oliver tossed a perfect seventh and eighth, while Feliz retired the side in order in the ninth to secure the victory.
